From Earlier this year. Getting a job is a process. There is almost no way around it. Yes, there's that lucky one who gets a job almost immediately but that's rare. Now, the rest of us have to do it the hard way, make a good resume, network, fill out seemingly endless applications / tests and go through interviews. It is not easy to stay upbeat as time goes by. There really is no magic number for the amount of time finding employment will be. It can be from a matter of days (very rare) to many months. It depends on your skills, the local economy and plain ole luck. There are people who still seek magic bullets and fabled unicorns. Here are a few of my favorites: * I just need to talk to somebody.
